The purpose of these Regulations is to ensure that the University is a safe working and study environment, devoid of any sexual harassment or intimidation of a sexual nature. The regulations details what Sexual harassment is, the Commissioner for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment, the procedure for Reporting Sexual Harassment, the procedures, the Bodies in Charge etc.
The Regulations for Research Students present specific issues related to Ph.D. students. However, other Regulations concerning students of the Hebrew University, such as NAHAL (regulations related to studies), tuition regulations, Students' conduct etc. apply to Ph.D. students as well.
Living stipends are granted solely on the basis of academic considerations in order to enable the student to devote his/her time to the conduct of research at the University.
